Return Policy

National Mantle Co., LLC may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are updated of any changes. This policy is effective from Wednesday, October 05, 2016.

MANTLE RETURNS

Mantles purchased from nationalmantle.com, or shipped by us in error, may be returned within 30 days of shipment, only with our prior authorization.  Mantle packages must be unopened and in resalable condition.  Please email sales@nationalmantle.com to receive our express permission for the return.  Mantles that are returned without our permission, or incorrectly, will not be credited back to the customer.

DAMAGED MANTLES

For authorization to return, or for replacement of mantles that customer received damaged or broken, please email a photograph of the damaged or broken mantle and its packaging to sales@nationalmantle.com.

NON-SHIPPING ERRORS

For return of mantles that were not shipped by us in error, mantle packages must be unopened and in resalable condition.  Deductions from the amount to be refunded will include:

  • Shipping charges for shipment of the original order
  • Cost of any mantles and/or packaging returned in a damaged condition
